This is the second time the inscription on the inside cannot be seen. I will never place another order through this company.
I was supposed to get 100 Free and didn't what I did received I likes but now my foundation wont be getting a fare amount that they deserve
I clicked double sided on my can cozies, when I changed shipping, everything reverted to 1 sided. I did not catch that. When I called, customer service was NO HELP at all, even when I told him that this would be my last order with your company.
It will be last order with you ever, because the csr was so rude to me when I called
Shipped so fast, the bracelets came a day before they were estimated. One small issue, if you choose screen printing, some of the printing gets on other parts of the bracelets. I ordered 300, and about 15 had random black smudges or lettering elsewhere
The wristbands arrived a couple of days early and they were exactly as pictured in the proof. I am very pleased with the product and will be sure to order again soon.
The product was good quality. Unfortunately the customer service was not the same. When I contacted the company on the "expected" delivery date to inquire about shipping info, it was not clear if the product had been produced, and they tried to force more fees to get the product delivered. The product did arrive in good condition about 1 week later even though we refused to pay additional fees.

Within minutes, I had my order placed, my design approved, a proof provided and a promise to deliver the item on time. And you pulled through on every thing. Thank you so much for making it a seamless process. The memorial koozies were a nice touch and everyone loved them dearly.
One of my products came in incomplete so it was pointless paying the EXTRA shipping to rush the order. I missed a deadline. Not very happy. All I got in return was the missing items... LATE... but NO other type of APOLOGY or compensation. Again... very disappointed.

We got a great deal on koozies we provided for guests at our wedding, and they were delivered on time!
The printing part was not respected completely. The band as different from each other when it comes to where the writings were printed. It was supposed to be printed on the white and red part only but. It changes from 10 bands to others
We tried out this company for the cups that we order every year for an event that we do the cups came out beautifully however when we unpacked them and started using them at our party we noticed about 20 or so cups had either broken lips along the edge or had tiny holes in the bottom so when we would pour drinks for guests the drinks trickled out. Now 20 cups out of a 150 might not sound like a lot but we sell these cups that are event to help pay for the event and having 20 cups broken cost us a $100 we will definitely think twice before ordering from you guys again.
