The service was great. The wristbands came really quick. I choose a cool color that would stand out. They are easy to put on. I love them.

I got a play-by-play via email, which was fantastic! I never had to worry about the progress being made on my order. They came not only quickly but they were printed very well. Items was great quality, as described. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the ink was not as solid as I would have liked. Other than that, I am a customer!

Lanyards were delivered on the day of the event, which was the only worrisome part. However, the quality of the lanyards, the logo printing, and the packaging, was perfect! Could not have asked for anything better!

I was supposed to get 100 Free and didn't what I did received I likes but now my foundation wont be getting a fare amount that they deserve

I clicked double sided on my can cozies, when I changed shipping, everything reverted to 1 sided. I did not catch that. When I called, customer service was NO HELP at all, even when I told him that this would be my last order with your company.
It will be last order with you ever, because the csr was so rude to me when I called

Shipped so fast, the bracelets came a day before they were estimated. One small issue, if you choose screen printing, some of the printing gets on other parts of the bracelets. I ordered 300, and about 15 had random black smudges or lettering elsewhere

The wristbands arrived a couple of days early and they were exactly as pictured in the proof. I am very pleased with the product and will be sure to order again soon.

The product was good quality. Unfortunately the customer service was not the same. When I contacted the company on the "expected" delivery date to inquire about shipping info, it was not clear if the product had been produced, and they tried to force more fees to get the product delivered. The product did arrive in good condition about 1 week later even though we refused to pay additional fees.
