Too many back and fourth phone calls.

Everything looks good, but I was concerned when I opened the bags and there was a lot of moisture in them. I think they were packed too quickly? I put them on the table and let them air out over night, and they seem to be ok. It could have gotten pretty gross if I didn't open them right away.

With my order I supplied a sub par logo file that they fixed without any extra cost or drama. Awesome service and on time delivery within 48 hours.

I was supposed to receive 50 bands and paid for it but only got 37 of them! I have been trying to reach customer service and havent been able to get a hold of them.

First time I used them. I was able to track my order with FedEx which I liked because not all companies do that. The lettering I put at the bottom came out smaller than I anticipated but it still looks great! I'm happy with the quality and my design.

Production scheduling was prompt and wristbands arrived on time. The imprinting of the name is a little difficult to read but the band quality is good.

I ordered koozies for my husband's surprise 40th birthday party and I ordered them about 2 weeks in advance. Had I done it sooner, I would have avoided the rush shipping fee, but that was on me for not ordering earlier. The koozies arrived 2 days before their originally scheduled date and look great! Very happy with this process and the product!
