I was able to call and confirm a couple of things about my order, and knowing that I needed my wristbands by a particular date, the representative made a special note on my order, and then sent a confirmation email stating that the order was time-sensitive. I have a couple of times now, and I got exactly what I ordered and the customer service could not have been better! Excellent company to work with!
