The wristbands that we received were exactly as ordered, and everyone loves them! The ordering process was no-nonsense and simple and I believe we even received them before the stated shipping date, so we were very happy about that! We would definitely use 24hourwristbands.com again in the future.
The wristbands were a little hard to read. I got the embossed and werent expecting them to be this hard to read

I couldn't be happier with the end product of our lanyards. The ordering process was very easy and when I had a question, it was answered quickly and with great explanation. I will definitely be referring people!
Order was placed on October 16, estimated delivery of October 25. By October 27, I started to get concerned. The production team seemed to have lost my order or simply decided that there was no rush unless the customer calls to complain. I sent several support tickets about the delay but did not get any real answers until calling them personally. Finally, customer service understood that there was a time crunch and they managed to get the wristbands produced, shipped, and delivered in record time. Which is impressive, but was not necessary if they had just processed their orders in a timely and organized way from the beginning.

The order worked out well. I wish I would have read closer. They aren't very long, and I don't think the guys can wear them around their necks.
I bought some lanyards and some coozies. Coozies came out horrible and they told me it does not matter because they are promotional items. Wont be buying here again...

The product was what we expected, but when I ordered it gave us the option of shipping dates and the cost of shipping based on dates wanted. I selected standard shipping as the date they indicated we would have it by was in plenty of time of our event. Didn't work out that way. Called day after scheduled delivery date and they hadn't even started production. Called again a few days later, same story, etc. It got to the point that they extorted an additional $35.00 shipping fee from us in order to get the lanyards in time for our event. Do you think I could get a manager on the phone to talk to about this, NO!
The only concern I had was that I did not receive a confirmation order when I first placed my order so I wasn't sure it had been received until a few days later when the charge appeared on my credit card. I would have preferred a confirmation email as soon as the order was placed!
I was impressed that they arrived a week ahead of schedule. They look great, but the emboss was not quite as pronounced as I had hoped. Thanks!
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
