I ordered on a tight deadline with the order stating it would arrive on Dec 21st. I needed the product for an event Dec. 23rd. They arrived Dec. 26th and was told it was not their issue, rather it was FedEx's issue as they released the product in time.

Quality of item was fine and the online ordering was very easy. I would try them again when I did not have a short deadline.

This was my first time ever ordering customized wristbands and the experience was great. The ordering process was effortless and the customer service was spectacular.

I'll be back to order again for sure.

I loved the online templates to use, that worked out perfectly for me and I couldn't find anything similar on any other website.

Ordered 200 bracelets, showed up 2 days latter than requested. Also I payed for inside print and did not get it. Other than these two complaints the wristband were very nice.

Software was easy to use to create my own design. Loved being updated on the progress of manufacturing and shipment - very professional. Very satisfied with the product when it arrived.

Not very user friendly

They were exactly colored as pictured and came super fast! They are amazing quality and work very well with heat transfer vinyl. Made the perfect wedding favors. Will order again for sure!

I was very pleased with my light colored wrist band, but the dark colored one did not mix together well and turned out a lot more black.

So helpful, timely and great quality wristbands. We used them for a conference to differentiate the groups of people present and they were a big hit. Thank you for being affordable and quality!

I called once I placed my order after I received notice that I needed to "prove" my identity. Someone answered the phone - a human - I was able to upload proof and wa-lah, I received our lanyards the day promised. They were exactly how I pictured them and our church used them for Christmas Eve Services. Thank you so much!
