Smooth process and great product
This was my first experience with 24HourWristbands. They did a fantastic job on the backpacks that I ordered. They were exactly what I wanted. They stayed in constant contact with me all the way from production to shipping. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the company staying in touch with me and making my experience seamless. I highly recommend this company for any of your printing needs. They are awesome!
Was at first told that the product would not arrive by the next day which is what I paid for, and that I would have to contact FedEx myself. I couldn't get any one to give me the needed info from FedEx, so I gave up and was very disappointed. They did arrive late the next day. I would have preferred better communication and help with the shipping information
I ordered stadium cups and napkins for a Christmas Party. It was a little confusing because I selected clip art design from their selection, but had to change because I was only supposed to select one color. Not a big deal, but my communication came from a different company name. When I called the number provided, I was able to speak with a live person with little to no hold time. After the problem was solved, I continued to get automated messages stating that there was a problem with my orders. When you order, make sure to pay attention to your phone calls/messages (an automated call alerts you to problems) and also to emails from a different print company. I personally receive so many junk emails that this type of thing is easily missed by me. Long story, but I received the items on time and they were perfect.
Fast, easy service
The site allowed artwork to be uploaded and removed the white background easily. I was pleased with the quality of the printing and how fast they shipped. Great product!

Very happy with 24HourWristbands, ordered shot glasses last minute for the holidays and Nate helped us get the proofs approved within the hour and into production asap. Very happy with the quality and end results. Would use them again!
I ordered Lanyards (PREMIUM QUALITY option selected, and charged me extra for this) were of exceptionally bad quality. The stitching is all messed up on every single lanyard and frayed/exposed, the print quality was not what I saw on the proof (paid extra for that!) and I sent in a vector file! I needed these for a convention and 24hour really let me down.
I will not be using them again because, even though the shipping was fast, it was a BEAST just to order the lanyards. They put me through all sorts of hoops just to verify my order! I suggest that if you need fast printing that you go with a local solution and bite the bullet and pay the premium because, in the end, 24HourWristbands cost me way more than the premium price I paid.
Ordered Koozies for a bachelorette party with the bachelorette's face on it. They couldn't have turned out any better. I am in awe and amazed. I love that you can order in small quantities. They also update you on each step of production, which is immensely helpful. So wonderful!
My order arrived with the envelope opened and many of the wristbands stuck to the inside of the envelope.
The product turned out great. I was frustrated that I was not able to easily track my package so I could know when it would be delivered. Bigger fonts look and work better for printing on koozies. Im happy with the outcome and would order from them again if I did not need the product within a tight turn around time.
I loved the fact that they were prompt and on time with the items. I enjoyed the fact that they were able to assist me with the necessary needs at such a short notice. This is a service that each and every person needs to have accessible. These items will be keep sakes for days to come.
I ordered some wrist bands for a youth hockey team. They were delivered earlier than promised and exactly as I ordered them. Not much more to say than that!
Shipping was very fast. The quality of the wristbands is very nice. The price is great. It is perfect for a fundraiser for my daughter.
I opened a ticket the day I receive them and they are not what I ordered I had ordered some a year ago and ask for the same thing and I was assured they would be the difference is the lettering is not filled in with color on the ones I receive this last time I am requesting my money bak and asking not to be contacted any more from this company as I was lied to more than once on doing this last order
