The colors were great, the design process was so easy. Even with myself making a mistake they were able to fix it and get me the exact numbers I needed earlier than expected. We were using these bands as a fund raiser for a community police officer and they brought him to tears, Thank you for helping us support our Brother.

We approved our proof by phone and email. My order still wasn't started. I continued to get phone calls. I went to the website and approved the proof there and my order was finally started. On the phone I was told it wouldn't be necessary. I got my order in plenty of time, but only because I ordered it weeks in advance.

Very timely, though kids vs adult sizes not clearly marked at all. The orange bands were a little duller than pictured online. Everything was accurate and arrived fast, however.

I absolutely LOVED this! My Dad was more excited about this gift than just about anything I've ever bought him. I couldn't find another product like your hand fans anywhere, especially customized, and especially at the quantity(ies) you offer. Most places require a minimum of 150 or more. I am SO thankful to have found you guys! Wonderful, AMAZINGLY fast service, great prices, & even with the last-minute Christmas rush, they arrived in plenty of time. THANK YOU!
Not satisfied. Looks great but fades! I asked for wristbands that would not fade and was told to order the "embossed" wristbands. These turn out to be the same as my previous order and fade as well. ALL I WANT ARE WRISTBANDS THAT DO NOT FADE IN SHORT TIME FRAME.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused but please know that if you did choose embossed wristbands there is no reason for them to fade as they do not have ink unless if you chose embossed printed wristbands in which case we would request you to send multiple pictures of the wristbands so we can verify your claim and provide a reasonable resolution.
