Quick and easy to use!
I was informed that my product was delayed days after ordering due to unspecified issues and right before the offices closed for almost a week for New Years then had to wait even longer as the number of days until the product arrived reset after resolving the issue. I am annoyed by the wait, but the product looks nice. My boyfriend loved it. Dont know how they are in use yet.
Order was here in a timely manner, and looked exactly like what I uploaded. Will use in the future! Color was exactly like what I selected. Highly recommend paying for the proof because it gave me an exact ideal of what to expect.

This was my 10th order from this company (with the first order dating back to 2012), and just like the first 9, the product came out great.
The customer service, on the other hand, was sub-par. The website is hard to navigate and not user friendly, the notification system they use is non existentI received an order confirmation and no updates on the status ever again; not even a shipping notification. The one time I used the quick chat option, I was rather rudely told to call in instead (which defeats the purpose of a quick chat). The lack of communication was the biggest disappointment for me.
My first 7 orders or so, I wouldve given a 10/10 for everything, but not so much anymore. I will probably seek another company for my future wristband orders.
I have to say that I really love the bands I ordered and received! I will definitely be using 24HourWristbands in the future!
The price was good but the color and printing quality was poor. Overall kind of disappointing. I ordered an orange that looked very neon but I got more of a dull rust color.
The artwork was a bit off center and was also squeezed but it overall looks ok.
I just placed an order for small follow-up order for wristbands. Working with Murphy was great and the wristbands are on their way. I would recommend this company for your promotional needs. Fast and efficient. Ask for Murphy!

We were satisfied, but would have liked our design to be a little bigger on the balloon. If I would order again I'd make sure it was bigger.
I saw all of the bad reviews, but this company had the best price for me, so I figured I would take a chance. I placed my order and called right away, just to make sure I
Wasn´t going to run into any of the problems I saw other people having.
It turns out I had ordered the text with an outline, which was actually not available, and would´ve pronlonger the order a week or longer.
So once that was cleared over the phone, everything was set, and I believe I got my wristbands earlier than the estimated date, good quality, they were a hit!
Some comments: the text on the wristbands came at different orientations, meaning they were placed differently on each wristband, which actually made it more interesting for me, but could´ve been a potential problem for someone else.
Also the text starts to fade, my guess is because I take a shower with it on? I don´t know what a "high quality" wristband with text is expected to do.
Overall very satified, and I guess I would reccomend to anyone, just make sure you call to confirm your order and all the details are set
I was gettng a quote on some cocktail napkins Murphy was very helpful and knew his product really well. Yet to place an order.

Easy to create items using your page. Would like to be able to see what a image looks like on item ordered though.
I designed my own can coolers for my wedding and they turned out fantastic. The design that came on the can coolers was EXACTLY how I designed it. I loved the option to have the can coolers made and printed in Texas. I gladly paid extra to have them done here.

I wa very sad and disappointed in the product. I needed and wanted the merchandise font would be larger and with a bold color in the message I wanted printed on the bands...what I received was a product that has small font type and there was no color to the message, so one can not hardly even seen the message on the band...very sad with them
