Dave was able to make magic happen same day and did a great job communicating with me. And their platform is great, providing updated every step of production. Highly recommend!

I repeatedly receive auto-calls telling me that there was a problem with my artwork, and when the issue was resolved, the calls kept coming. Then, I received the wristbands and quite of few of them had smudges. Will not buy from this vendor again or recommend to anyone.

I ordered 200 wrist bands. I spoke to a customer agent and told him I needed Carolina Blue like University of North Carolina, he said yes he knew the color and recommended Powder Blue, makes great sense, Powder Blue is Carolina Blue. I received 200 Mint Green bands. They are telling me they will not refund me or resend me more bracelets. These are in memory of my son and we give them out at his Memorial Golf Tourn, we ordered 600 blue 6 years ago and have run out and now I have 200 Mint Green. Now they are telling me Powder Blue can look Green. NO NO NO, Powder Blue is Powder Blue, Colors are the same all around the world. Now I'm being told I should have ordered cornflower blue. What the heck. I am awaiting a call from a manager to see how they handle this situation. It is very, simple, I just want powder blue bands, not green. I will be glad to delete this and give this company a HUGE Positive review.

Webpage should not have dates to chose from for delivery if they will not be arriving that day. Extremely unhappy that I was not able to have my bracelets for my event since I had selected to receive them 3 days before the event and were still in production on that day. Instead, they were delivered the day of, pasted the time needed.
