I put my order in on February 26 2018 with s 2 day delivery I needed the items by March the 2 the next day I received an email that my card did not go through I redid my card the next morning then I called Weds to check my order and was told there was no guarantee that I would get the items by March 2 however if I paid $52 I could have the fedx I was sure to have them they were delivered the next morning I got scammed on the fedx charge and I had already paid for a two day delivery so the huggers were $100 and I spent almost that in delivery charges
Fast, Quick and Easy
Very pleased with my purchase.
I had difficulty getting them to honor their 10% off shown on their page. I was promised in writing it was done, call 10 days later only to be lied to with a 'systematic glitch'. Was told they needed to now get it approved before they'd honor it. I finally got it but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable about their service and promises.
