So far so good. Have ordered here before. Hoping for same great products. The koozies are great quality. I wish I could've gotten the logo that was as shown(3 different colors), had to go with just one color. You should edit the colored art.

Easy process so far

Ordered things for a class reunion, and it was so easy to design and order, plus the prices are great. I made a mistake on one order, and contacted them through the on line chat. NATE was great and helped me with the issue, sent me an updated invoice, all in less than 10 minutes! Will absolutely use them again!

Murphy had fast customer service. I might stick with 24 hour wristbands because of him great job cheap prices.

I like shopping with 24 hour wristbands. The printing on the cups this time,however, was light, some of the screening skipped and some were crooked. Unusual quality for 24 hr. Wristbands.

I have ordered wristbands before. This version appear to be thinner than the last ones purchased. When put side by side I could tell the difference.

Overall they served the purpose. I am going to order from another company to do a side by side comparison.

Really hard to understand the customer service representative, would greatly appreciate it if we could speak to someone that we could understand, it would make the process a lot easier.

The split screen for choosing the colors is confusing at best

The communication / customer service was great, the actual product was terrible. You can't even hardly see, let alone read the words embossed on the wrist bands. We ordered these for a community event and didn't even hand them out as we felt they were to poor a representation of the kinds of things we produce or the kinds of these we want to represent us.

I've used this site a few times to purchase swag for our company. The site is easy to use and the prices are reasonable. I've never had an issue with quality, service, or errors. I'll definitely continue to shop here for our marketing needs.

Not good at all for first time buying with you. Incorrect order, printing off, bad wording on website, and poor customer service. Great price, but now I know why.
