When I ordered the lanyards, I was offered a free shipping option which I took. There was an option to choose my delivery date which I also availed of. Once the order was complete, I was informed that I could not be guaranteed my delivery date and that if I wanted the lanyards on time I had to pay for shipping.
The contention from the company was that I did not order from the US but from China and I chose standard shipping so therefore it was my fault I had to pay shipping. My argument was that if I was offered the option of choosing a delivery date - two weeks out from ordering, then the company did not represent their offer correctly and it was a bait and switch. Working with customer service was really awful. My advice - don't order from here, or, if you want to order from this company avoid working with customer service.

It's a slow, painful process to finally get your order completed. If something is "sold out" you will have a hard time speaking to someone you can understand. Also, the "American" production and shipping is a sham.
Over all we are satisfied with the service and product. We only had one small issue with there being someone else's product in with our order.
