Got exactly what I ordered/asked for.
The customer service that I received when placing my order over the phone with Walter was literally beyond compare... I phoned to inquire about overnight shipping before actually selecting my design onlne, and Walter I noted several times during the call that Walter was extremely professional and PATIENT when explainin the options available to me. The custom silicone wristbands in lieu of using business cards to promote my Insta-Famous Dog,@Mikotheredpoodle, have not arrived yet, but from the calibre of help that I received, i cannot imagine them being anything less that AMAZING... I will give you ah update t when my order arrives! Thank you, Walter!

The wristbands I bought were of great quality, quick delivery, and make for great gifts. I ordered one, but they sent 3, not sure if this was a mistake but my sister loves the one I gave her. Great quality.

The image of the product was inaccurate. When I received the order it was not what I expected. When I called Customer Care they refused to acknowledge any error. I will not buy from 24hourwristbands.com again.
