Bad communication, their customer service emails land in your spam - they require a miilion photos of damage and then offer trivial discounts instead of doing the right thing and refunding your order. I got offered a refund after two weeks of going back and forth with photos and offers to refund a partial order, and replace the order a week after the event.

Mark was absolutely AMAZING! I had a very last minute order of 2,000 temporary tattoos for an important event at a hotel in NYC- Mark made it happen for us. The quality and colors of the tattoos are superb and look exactly like the artwork and proof that we approved. I was very nervous that the tattoos would not arrive to New York in time (48 hours of giving him the artwork and entire production) but Mark reassured me several times that they would arrive on time and they did! We will definitely be going back to 24 Hour Wristbands in the future and will request Mark each time! Amazing amazing job!
