I was having trouble submitting an online order so I called customer service. Richard answered all of my questions and helped me complete my order.
Richard was so helpful. I was having a bit of a hard time placing the order myself as I wanted more than one clipart. He quickly and easily placed my order over the phone for our fundraiser. As a repeat client I had a code for additional discount but didn't realize it had expired the night before. He was able to find another code for me and within minutes I had my invoice and proof. Thank you Richard and 24hourwristbands!
