This is the second year that we have ordered personalized napkins for our senior prom. The napkins come in a variety of colors, which is great when trying to match colors for different themes. When designing the napkins, the imprint area is quite small so the text kind of gets lost once actually printed. Items were delivered as promised. We will definitely continue to purchase from this company.

Thomas helped me understand the functions that were not explained as easily on the website itself; I felt both comfortable and grateful for their help to better understand the product I am designing and buying for my schools ASB.

The design feature is somewhat tough as we wanted the text to be all the way around the bracelet and spaced evenly. It would not let us do that.

Fine- not satisfied with 100 free bands when you have to pay additional S&H.

I tried contacting someone with your customer service to talk about the wristbands I received.
The person just followed the 'script' and told me to log on my order my dissatisfaction. I did and no one followed up like he said someone would.
I wasted my money and I so wanted these wrist bands to work because it could have been amazing marketing.

Everything was great from start to finish! Got the cups a few days sooner than expected! Would def order from them again.

We opted to pay the extra and have the products made in Texas vs. China. The products were completed and delivered faster than I thought they would be. The process to order was easy, the cost was great and the products turned out great. I would definitely order from here again.

Payed for shipping to be received on May 1st, but the product didn't ship until May 1st.

Rendering online is a little off. Also should not have to pay for a proof, to ensure the order is correct. Shipping information is not up to date, but we always receive product early.
