Great deal... Great customer service!
We had a rough time with this order - first, the grand total was so much that it rejected when we tried to use a credit card...then another credit card... we had to wire transfer money which was weird.
For some reason you thought we had two orders going and we were bothered about payment for the order.
Items were shipped from China when we were told it would come from Texas, and arrived in damaged boxes and some were wet. One box also got lost and was delayed/rerouted.
The product is great, we just had a hard time with everything else.

I had a handful of cups that the rims were chipped which couldn't be used and then most of the cups had the imprint printed on them that was crooked.
I called to see what could be done and they said I needed to take a picture of the shipping slip that came with it and some pictures of the items, but I never received a shipping slip with our order, so I am unable to get any type of refund on the item.
Ordered many times always very satisfied with product n timely shipping.

Don't believe the what the website says about production time and shipping time I was told it going to take 21 days total and here we are month-and-a-half later and I still not able to know when I'm going to get it and they're telling me it could be month before I receive it if you're like me you need the mask to use it now not after it's all done find you another company because if you order from here you may not get it until next spring

It was a great deal, fast service ad pretty easy to design what you want! The k you for making our brackets the way we wanted it! We use ours for my 17year old son who I tragically lost during a shooting on August 3rd last year! We celebrated his life on his 1 year angelversary on the 3rd of August!

Good, but this is my first order. The process was easy, prices reasonable, and best of all, free shipping even with a small order.
I already put comments in the review - look there for info about unexpected fees that bumped up cost considerably.
Color of coozie is not what was expected. Coozie looks dirty. Very disappointing. Tried to change the shipping address before the order shipped was told it was $35 charge - that is ridiculous.

Very poor. I was told several times over the month that it was in production, and then the next time I was told it wasnt. They strung me along for a month until I finally got fed up. The initially refused me a refund until dozens of communications later. Order from anywhere else, it will be faster. I have oprdered promotional products for my company before and NEVER had this many issues and excuses.
