The production and shipping were faster than I imagined. The quality is outstanding.

The print quality was very disappointing. Lots of smears.
I was also disappointed that I was able to design the cups with 2 colors but then was told I could only have 1 color.

We decided to order these bands to give to everyone to wear at dad's funeral. Your website boasted you could get them to us on time. I ordered on a Sunday for the funeral the next Saturday. I paid extra for expedited shipping to arrive on the Friday before the funeral. They did not arrive until the following Monday, two days after. And to top it off, they were not the correct color I ordered.

Quick and efficient. Amazing job. Only issue was the process of making the bracelets.

Easy to design your custom coozie and great discount program

I was a little frustrated at first because they wanted me to send driver's license info to confirm my identity. After pushing back on sending it, they said they verified my identity some other way. After that the experience was fine. The product arrived on time and in good shape

It was easy to communicate and find something we needed. I do regret that after having selected a certain color for the product that color wasn't available after having already purchased it. It would have saved us a lot of time if that option wasn't available from the beginning.

Terrible - missing 52 coasters from our order and the box was completely damaged - so were some of the coasters. 24hourwristbands refuses to refund us until we make a claim with UPS even though the box was packaged by 24hourwristbands.

Best price, quick feedback on design, and quickest turnaround time

The ordering process was easy. Delivery was quick. However, most of the cups had roll marks near the logo and logo was too small for the cup size.

The hand sanitizer we purchased was absolutely horrid smelling, much worse than the 4 other kids that we bought with similar or higher alcohol content. When discussed with 24hourwristbands, they would not budge.

I'm an entertainment agent and I order custom items for bands and entertainers for promotion purposes. Your products are quality, and the ease of customization, and production and delivery speed are why I will continue to get items from you in the future!
