Quick to respond. Very professional. Nice to be able to speak with a person after I wanted to modify my order. The coloring of one of the two logos I requested on the product could have been more true to the digital copy provided, but that is me being picky. Other than that, very happy and would gladly use their service again.

I think 24hourwristbands has great potential but maybe needs to look into pricing, I saw another website that said buy 100 get 200 free. I think that they were expensive and shipping was pricey as well. The wristbands themselves turned out fine though.

The shape of the bracelets are deform. The are supposed to be round.

Website allowed me to order blue backpacks that are no longer in stock. Then I got an email that I could get yellow pink or orange instead. I called and was able to get royal blue replacement.
