Awesome deal and wonderful product
This has been covered separately. Balloons were ordered for a Bible camp with the face of a lamb on each. We received our order late with a 2 inch image on an 11 inch balloon. No one alerted us to a problem and all we have seen since was delaying tactics. Poor products and no customer service.

Product is fine, but ordered 5 different types of wristband--had to call to rush three--was told they would show up 5/17 and I would pay for additional shipping, which was expected. However, all orders were rushed and I was slammed with over $160 in shipping charges, which is absurd and not something I agreed to. Now I'm getting the run around. I've been waiting on a call back and haven't received one after 36 hours. I've always recommended your company, but I will probably have to discontinue doing so. I am still waiting for a call back and refund.

No quality control
I contacted customer servcice. I could barely understand his english. He was not helpful. Said he was only there to process orders, errors had to be processed on-line :|. I did, still no repsonse.
Easy to order, within budget, and arrived sooner than I expected! Looks like exactly what I chose and will add a great touch to our wedding!

This is my third time using this company and I have no complaints.
This company takes advantage of poorly worded online order forms to get extra shipping costs out of you. I do want to preface this review with the customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was very professional and kind but unfortunately works for a sketchy company.
I placed my order well within 24 Hour Wristband's shipping window to receive my koozies 6 days before my event. The day my order was set to be delivered, the koozies didn't show so I called in. This is when I was told that I had selected standard shipping so I couldn't expect a definite shipment date unless I paid an additional $86. I was told that my order was still in China and couldn't be guaranteed for another week, 4 days after my event. I pitched a fit and got the shipping knocked down to $50. The next day my koozies ship out of Texas, not China.
At best, this company has decent prices on its products. At worst, they make up for those decent prices by scamming you into paying more than the cost of your order in rush shipping to get it to you past the original delivery date you were told.
Yes, they got an extra $50 out of me but I will never order from this company again. 24 Hour Wristbands has lost my business for all future events.
It was easy to design and preview the bracelet online. I liked that it showed the different prices for delivery dates
Our order was never finished and we requested a refund. I havent heard anything back.

Also know that products that are made in China is sent to our facility in Houston first where they go through quality assurance and then shipped to their destinations accordingly from there.
