We were pleased with the efficiency and turnaround time for these purchases. One critique of the online experience would be the ability to set up an account early in the project to save design work done. I lost mine and had to redo. Another suggestion would be the ability to confirm the total order. If you are too quick with the last keystroke your order is sent off before you might be ready, but I will continue to order from your company as the selection, smaller quantities offered and quick turnaround time are all plusses.
Printing on stadium cup wasn't as crisp or deep as I was expecting.
