Placed an order for 50 masks in June and still waiting for a shipment in mid August. The standard attempt through chat support is to quote a standard policy about how long it takes to ship things. File a trouble ticket and you find out they are seriously understaffed (at least that's the story). Still wondering if this is a legit business and if I should contact the Texas attorney general's office to complain.

Great product, great material, great price
Would give zero stars if I could, this company is a scam. I'm out money with no product ever shipped. Customer service said they would "see if they could issue me a refund" was told multiple times my order would be received by certain dates after caring over and over again. They would give me a date then send an email that something on my order was out of stock. Horrible experience. Please don't order from this company.

Buckle was much too big. It would have helped to have seen a photo with the wristband on an actual man's wrist, before ordering the product.
Customer service reps are limited in how they can help and you have to do so much to get assistance

I use 24 Hour Wristbands for work as well as my personal shopping. The customer service is second to none. Their quick turnaround time is a huge bonus.
The print is off
I had two colors chosen when I submitted my order and I had artwork (shoes) that were laid out just at the edge of the wording (the artwork after submitting I guess was overlapping with the wording) on the front. I was sent an email telling me one color could only be used, so I eliminated the red, and went totally with black font where the red was and black on the high heels where the red was as well. In that same email they said the wording was overlapping the shoes. I asked for the shoes to be moved down a tad, and it would all work. The letters were changed to black, which is fine, but they removed the shoes...the shoes were important as this is the favor for a "Stepping Into 60" birthday party.
