The company as a whole is great and offers endless customized pieces, but the website is a ittle glitchy both on computer and smartphone. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with my purchase.
Great service, I was anxious they'd arrive on time as it was for a birthday. I used the live chat with an agent, they reassured me on delivery date and didn't let me down.

I've ordered several times from you in the past and this time I asked that the logo on the bag that I ordered be bigger. The request was not honored and no phone call from anyone to follow up was given.

My wristband were missing a ' in the wrist band which was on the order form and also on the confirmation form
This was the second year we used 24hourwristbands for residency proof at our private park and lake. They are exactly as described, and shipping was very quick. We will be back next summer!
The print quality was just OK at best. Should be a two hit pass to get a more solid white, and the RED i ordered isn't nearly as bright as shown on screen. They came more as a dark red/crimson.
Fill was not solid and I ordered a two color, received all one color fill.
