Good shopping experience
The ticket system for products on hold was very frustrating. When I called customer service, it took me 3 calls to get my issue resolved and I then honestly was not sure it was properly taken care of. I kept getting automated phone calls that I had an unresolved issue, but when I would call they said everything was fine. It was frustrating, especially because I was on a short deadline to get the product and I was worried it might not show up. Or the wrong quantity might get shipped. It was also frustrating that it took over a week from the time I initially placed the order, to be told that what I ordered was out of stock.

Put helium in the balloons 12 hours prior to lunch at lunchtime the balloons did not float
