I've ordered several times from you in the past and this time I asked that the logo on the bag that I ordered be bigger. The request was not honored and no phone call from anyone to follow up was given.

I like doing business with you all but this experience was not a good one.

I would highly recommend.

My wristband were missing a ' in the wrist band which was on the order form and also on the confirmation form

This was the second year we used 24hourwristbands for residency proof at our private park and lake. They are exactly as described, and shipping was very quick. We will be back next summer!

The print quality was just OK at best. Should be a two hit pass to get a more solid white, and the RED i ordered isn't nearly as bright as shown on screen. They came more as a dark red/crimson.

Fill was not solid and I ordered a two color, received all one color fill.

Your customer service team worked with me on my very last minute order. Even Accommodating my increase in number of units after placing the order. They arrived on time and exactly how I wanted.

Your website can be a little confusing when an item is out of stock as it took me forever to figure out why I couldn't hit the check out button. Other than that, your customer service chat was a great tool and your employee I was chatting with was a great help. I was able to finish my order in just a few minutes.
