I specifically asked the artwork to be enlarged. I approved the revised enlarged artwork and when I got the product the artwork is very small. After I got the product, I opened up a ticket and no one cared to reply to the ticket!

Website is easy to use. Order was poorly packaged to ship. The box top was broken open and loose poppers could have fallen out. We had to individually count the entire order to confirm that none were lost. We did receive the entire order, but it was a waste of time having to count to confirm. Use more tape and actually seal the box next time.
