Received my customized koozies within days of ordering. This is the quickest option out there, I needed them for a special event and they came on time and are well done. Very satisfied customer!

They should show in the photo that the collies now have tags in the seams. I will prob shop elsewhere next time now. I don't want them to have tags.

Too small to wear, waste of money. Too bad as I was looking forward to it.

Mask were a bit smaller then standard size but logo came out looking good.

Good experience

I was very unhappy with my experience as well as customer service. I didn't receive my proof approval (went to spam) and never received a phone call of follow-up. Then I had to pay an additional $50 expedited shipping. The Customer Service was difficult to understand and not easy to deal with and the call with them kept dropping. It was not a customer friendly or pleasant experience.

I feel that they should have let me have 100 wristband that were extra with the order. The gentleman would not adjust the order even though I paid so much money.

I've always had good luck ordering from this site. One of the products the second time I ordered it was not as good of quality as the first bunch.

The font was smaller than shown on my design but they did arrive quickly and neatly.

I looked at a lot of different sites before I found one where I could personalize the product I wanted. It was easy and the price was comparable to other sites with standard (not personalized products)

Had to write something, wants a rating before you can finish up and before you get your product?

We really enjoyed the idea, the picture didn't come out as intended (Probably our fault for not requesting a proof, and took images probably too far away to stretch properly). That all was fine and understandable, but the mask itself probably wouldn't even fit a 6 year old head, and that was the really disappointing part not being able to use it for its novelty purpose.

Reliable product and make in the USA

Made one order of face masks and they were great (though the took much longer to arrive than advertised)... reordered the identical ones, and they came completely different and wrong. Customer service is refusing to correct their error. Steer clear!
