Notification/status service is not good. Print quality is very good. Product chosen (my fault for not understanding but...) was very disappointing. I don't understand why you would even 'offer' a paper thin material for a coaster to be made from - doesn't make sense. I 'thought' I was purchasing real (thicker weight paper) coasters but these are kind of a joke.

75% of the wristbands were perfect. On the other 25% the letters were completely smeared. Almost like they didn't dry all they way before they packaged them. There was no way I could use them for my fundraiser. Other than that I was very happy! Very fast delivery!

This business took my money assured me they would meet the deadline and then called saying they could not meet the deadline. Ordered on a Monday -they called me on a Wed saying they could not meet deadline and I was supposed to receive order on Friday. Great, they assured me the deadline would be met and then called too late for me to order from another company... Unprofessional -Stay away.
