We have ordered these lanyards a few times now to use at our cybersecurity conferences and have not been disappointed!

Disappointed because it took so long to rectify the mistake. These wristbands are one of the most used and we paid extra to get them earlier than usual so that we wouldn't run out over the weekend, one of our busiest times. It took 2 weeks to resolve the issue and then our order was shipped. At no time did anyone offer to resend the order and give us the option to return the items if they showed up or keep them. We did run out and it was a great inconvenience.
It is an overall easy process.
