Enjoy the selection and pricing. My only wish is that you didn't make us choose between US and China when we have to go with the lowest price- we don't have a choice. Just offer US-made if that's your goal.
Great price for what I wanted. I loved being able to use the templates or customize what I wanted. I took the quote and style ideas from one template and made it in a different font for our wedding. I'm so excited to give these out as wedding favors. I wish the proof I was shown was centered as it was in the design I worked on. I'm not sure what happened between creating the design and getting the proof but the text was justified right instead of center. However, they are still beautiful and I've gotten compliments so far from the family that has seen them.

Besides shipping them to the wrong address, which then caused me to incur additional costs to ship to the intended recipient, the transaction was good.
We have ordered from wristbands.com before and have always been satisfied with the product. This time, the wristbands did not come out as expected. The black/blue swirl looked solid black. We purchased these to coordinate with the colors of our business, and were a little disappointed.
Customer support is not US based, so it can be difficult to deal with them. Good prices. Website order tracking could be improved on.
