I'm very disappointed in this purchase and when I contacted them about it, I still haven't received a response. I've been satisfied with this company and all their products until this purchase. Unfortunately, now I'm reconsidering whether to use them again for anything.

Shipping and tracking of shipments was an issue. There was no tracking updates or delivery updates.
Competitive pricing, fast delivery, reasonable quality
The order process doesn't clearly delineate between rush and upgraded standard shipping. Also, the store was closed over the Thanksgiving holiday for multiple days without warning, therefore delaying my order by a week. The 'American made' rush order is false - there is no rush involved. Lastly, when I asked about all of the above when my order had not arrived, customer service stopped responding to my messages and questions.
