Only issue I encountered is trying to confirm that the writing on my band will be white. However the proof shows black and now I am concerned my order will not be correct.

I ordered some mugs and selected rush production and 5 day shipping. A week later a rep named Marshall called me to tell me that it would be 2 to 3 weeks before i received my order because i selected 5 day shipping with rush production and that makes the order take 2 to 3 weeks. They said it doesnt matter what my receipt said. Marshall said that information was somewhere in their terms and conditions. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep said Marshall the supervisor was probably busy and wouldnt want to talk to be anyway. He was condescending and rude. He kept interrupting me and repeating himself when i would try to ask questions. Very disappointed in this company. If you have other options, i would use them

While there was a delay due to imprint color, once we were made aware of the situation everyone was very helpful and were able to get us the shipment in time for the event we had ordered for. Very satisfied with services and will be sure to recommend other as well as place future orders!

I just placed a bulk order through my iPhone and the site is so mobile friendly! Everything was clear and concise and very easy to order.
Overall it went well. We had some issues with our artwork. Once everything was rectified 24hourwristbands worked hard to come help us come up with a solution. And we were able to get our wristbands within a week.
