I Ordered iron patches. They don't stick well. I Thought it was the material we were ironing them on but used a cotton T-shirt and it came off as well.

Longer available". Both orders were cancelled and they said my refund
Would take 7-8 business days. It has been 21 days and no refund. I
Spoke with a human in customer service and they said my refund would be
Received in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 3 days and still no refund. They have a very elaborate "customer service" email response program, but it is an empty shell game. Never again.
Website rebooted, I wasted about half an hour messaging with chat, then had to call support... really frustrating.
The final product was great except the middle image printed as a complete block - I am not sure why, maybe the image background was not transparent. Otherwise it was good.

Very easy site to use. Live chat was very helpful. This was a 100% turn around rush order in 3 days. I just knew they wouldn't get here in time for our church event. What a relief when Fed Ex showed up at my door with the finished product on the 3rd day. Will definitely use them for future endeavors.
Oh, I love that everything was done in America. Would really like to see a pick up feature for local orders in the future. We are about 1.5 hours from the Houston facility.
