Our organization is pleased with the final product we received. The wristbands look great and are good quality. We found the ordering process a little complicated. It took us a few phone calls to straighten out a simple billing error. The company attendants were polite and courteous, but it felt as if the burden of solution was ours. The pricing is also somewhat misleading, depending on what you order. There is a cost to some of the "free" offers and a few unexpected charges appeared as we processed the order. Overall, the quality of the product outweighs our complaint, and the wristbands were received in an acceptable time frame.

I ordered what I thought would be highlighter green buttons for an night volunteer event, instead I received a light sage color. The company refused to help because they considered this a shade discrepancy not a defect. They also will not help with any claims submitted after 7 days. Christmas, New Years, and the weekend counted toward the 7 days. Please note that they give themselves business days for production but the customer only gets 7 calendar days regardless of holidays for issues with the order.

The delivery was fine the price was fine- my only suggestion would be to order basic things with basic colors and you should be fine.

UPDATE: Since my review a representative had reached out and said "we as a company have always rectified any mistakes from our side and have always done the most we can with the best of our abilities to help and serve our customers so it seems unlikely that this situation would occur" this is the defensive customer service you will receive if you order is not satisfactory. Since the previous reps I spoke to didn't consider the color difference a mistake, I am not sure this contact will change the outcome but I hope it will.
