Logo was bigger than designed
I ordered adult bands with white printed words exterior and interior. The exterior print is clear and fine but the extra interior print is clear and not colored white so difficult to read since it blends right in. I sent email letting them know this, but they didn't respond. I was charged a little extra for this interior printing, so this is disappointing. Overall, the bands are nice except the interior is nearly illegible, which I paid extra for.
Needed a little faster communication back and forth to get the job on time... Paid for expedited services and it was almost too late for my deadline. 24hourwirstbands was nice enough to overnight the order and I had the product in time.
Website was clear and easy to understand. Needed an answer to an obscure question and William was a big help when I called.
Tattoo were printed wrong. Working with customer service to get them fixed.
