I Received an email offering a 20% discount which stated it was in effect until the end of Dec 26th but I was not able to get the discount code of XMASSPECIAL to apply. When I called and talked to Adam in customer service I forwarded the e-mail to him, he advised me to go ahead with the order and he would make the adjustment in price. Adam gave very good service. I designed our yard signs using one of your templates. When they arrived they were perfect!

I have been trying to purchase 5000 wristbands for a fundraiser for a friend with medical problems. I placed an order on December 14th with some special clipart to add to the product. Not knowing how it would look, I chose the extra $10 proof. I was initially very impressed, because I was almost instantly sent an email about the clipart being too detailed and won't look good on the wristbands. I thanked the emailer and asked them to them just skip the proof. If too late, I don't mind paying the extra $10, but to just get the process started. They emailed me back saying I will still now get a proof and will need to approve it once I receive it.
Waiting for a new email now for two days, I went back into my original email to ask when the proof was coming. I had then noticed the proof was sent but only added to the old email, not a new one, and never triggered me to read it as a new one. So, confusing, my fault or theirs, I lost two days there.
Now the long wait begins. Considering Christmas and New Years are coming up, I tried to get some answers on projected delivery. Original estimated delivery was for January 1st. Not knowing china's work ethic, I didn't realize they did not work the Monday's before the holidays and obviously not on January 1st, for USA mail delivery. At this time my friend is luckily healing good from his open heart surgery and now is getting released from the hospital. Frustrated in the speed of this company, I would never use them again in a timely need.
I would not have minded to pay extra for faster processing or faster shipping, but the way that they apply the extra charge to each separate wristband, would have tripled the price of my order of 5000 wristbands. I think there could have been a better way to apply a faster delivery.
Still looking forward to getting my wristbands, hopefully this coming Monday. I feel that this will still be the same reveiw I intend to give, but for some reason the product is that great, I will gladly write another one saying so. But it has been a very frustrating ordering process, to say the least.
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
