You should allow bundle orders, so you don't have to pay multiple shipping costs for one checkout. (See Amazon as example). Also, unfortunately the quality of the final product was not what I expected and it was rather disappointing. Good customer service, but poor product.

The website was great. The design features were easy to use. I needed to make a small change in alignment, which seemed difficult to communicate and so in the end was not able to do. But they turned out great and everyone who received one loved them!
