I needed the wristbands by a certain date. I thought my order confirmation stated that I would get them two days before that date. I got them 2 days after the date I needed them.

Took an entire week of going back and forth with customer support just to get one of my products made. I had at one point three different support tickets open about the same issue and whenever one would get update or have a response left all of them would get notified. At one point one of them started auto calling me to let me know there was still an issue to be taken care of(this issue was being solved in 1 of the other open tickets). I understand the issue that caused a ticket to be made was my fault entirely, but I feel this was a bit of a hassle to get the issue resolved

I was given the wrong price over the phone by several different reps I spoke to, and the production/shipping time was printed on my receipt as 10 days total, but I received my order 19 days after I ordered. I do luv the bags though - they're very nice!

My experience with 24hourwristbands exceeded my expectations!
Paid extra for a ship date, date was not met, took almost an extra week with delays. Missed event and customer service would not help or offer a refund for the extra shipping money. It will probably be the last time we use this company because of it.
