I ordered koozies for my wedding and when I received them I was so happy the color was perfect. But when I started looking at the design I was highly disappointed. The design was not straight on the product. It was tiny hard to read. I was under the impression it would take up the entire koozies not shrunk down to fit at the bottom. I placed a two sided koozie order and wish I would have just spent the extra money and went with a better company. The prices are so low for a reason.

There were a couple of issues during my ordering process today... 1. Packaging concerns, based on customer reviews. I order online a lot, and have never had to take out insurance to ensure that the company I am ordering from properly wraps and packages glass purchases to avoid breakage during shipment. 2. Online help with trying to identify where to correct a mismatch of my zipcode. The only answer I got was to refresh my screen or call an 855 help line. I finally decided to just keep going back on my screens, and took a chance that it was the fact that your company requires an EXACT match on the full 9 digit (5 digit zip code plus 4 digit extension) zip code. I figured it out, but it was frustrating, and unnecessary.
The customization for Koozies was very easy to use and the price is great!
Simple process. Product came in exactly how I ordered. Very satisfied and happy I found this company online to make our wedding shot glass favors!
Ordering fairly easy. Read everything carefully. If you need product by certain date give yourself a week buffer or be prepared to pay excessive "rush order" fees.
