This was for a community service project my kid was doing for school.

Then there was some kind of hold on my order for some reason and I tried to call but was put on hold for 30+ minutes, twice! Finally got a live person who said, everything's fine now. Sigh.
They were kind of rude on the phone. Whatever.
We have ordered the same product many times. This time the font-while the same typeface-was about 20% larger and (in our opinions) look a lot less classy.
I had trouble getting proofs. My emailed invoice was the incorrrct amount (higher). And my product looks strange because the custom art in too small for the size of the cup.
