Paid extra for a ship date, date was not met, took almost an extra week with delays. Missed event and customer service would not help or offer a refund for the extra shipping money. It will probably be the last time we use this company because of it.
This was my first purchase from y'all, and it won't be my last. Very impressed with the quality, value, and speed with which the whole ordering process went.

I've spent over $75 on balloons for my daughter's birthday party and I had four words on it happy 5th birthday and my daughter's name they printed it so small you couldn't even read it when the balloon was deflated and when you inflate the balloon you can only read it if you have the balloon in your hands. Absolutely useless. When I reach out to customer service they offered me a 5% refund which is a joke and then one of their customer service agents told me I should have put in the comments section that I wanted to font bigger. That is an absolute joke obviously if I'm spending $75 plus on balloons I want the font to be big enough to be read. I am actually disappointed with this website and their customer service anytime they tell me to go into the ticket I am not able to access it and then the customer service agent asked me what was wrong with me, how does this company stay in business? There is no person or business that would order these balloons with print that you cannot read but apparently this company is standing behind this terrible product and it's giving me the runaround instead of just offering me a full refund. I do NOT suggest anyone doing business with this company
