We ordered an 8 by 8 banner. The banner arrived in great shape and fit with what we had ordered. The immediate issue was that there wasn't a stand. Pictures all included a stand and even the proof that was sent showed a stand. This was disappointing. We had to put in unnecessary time and energy in locating a stand to borrow for our school event. There should be wording about the stand not being included.

Easy to design on website, however alignment of wording moved from what I had created in purchasing? I received calls about poor quality pics that I sent in and had sent pictures of greater quality which only one was replaced. Not sure why production was held up second time if original artwork was used.

Professional and fast
I was looking forward to giving these tote bags to the staff at our school until they arrived without inserts to support the bottom of the bag. EVERY SINGLE reusable tote bag I have ever owned has come with an insert, so I thought it was a given. Without the insert, the bag is not as sturdy and I was really disappointed when customer service said they can't supply them. I'm embarrassed to give these away but I spent enough money on them, I have no other choice.
