Product had a printing error that differed from what I submitted. After talking with customer support for some time to try and get the issue resolved, he said he'd submit a ticket for it, and I never heard anything again.
HORRIBLE! I can't state enough how terrible the customer service is. I placed an order with the latest possible arrival being 2 days before my event. It turns out that is incorrect and when I called to see what was happening with the order, they informed me that it could arrive up to 2 weeks past that date! No one notified me that this could be an issue and then tried to sell me on "expedited shipping" for 1/3 the cost of the over 2,000 wristbands! There were multiple ways this company could have avoided this issue and they chose to charge more when you don't have another choice because you have 10 days left before your event and you misplaced your trust in them. I am extremely upset and will not use this company EVER again!
Just terrible customer service all around. I tried to order some cocktail napkins for prom. I requested a proof, because even though it cost more, I wanted to make sure my order was correct ( I also paid for expedited shipping). I received and approved the proof. Several weeks go by with no product. I had a terrible time trying to contact the company- no one responds to the online chat, and the language barrier was a huge problem when calling customer service. Finally, I reached someone who told me that my napkins hadn't been printed because the color combo I chose is not one they can do. WHAT? Why was this not brought to my attention when I tried to place the initial order... or maybe when they sent me the proof to approve? Either way, NO ONE from the company contacted me about the issue and it was entirely too late to change anything, so I asked to cancel. I was promised a refund within 10 days. This was over 2 weeks ago. NO refund yet. Contacted them again this morning, was told it would be another 3-4 days, but they couldn't confirm a date. The nightmare never ends. I'm a teacher, so every penny I spend counts- I will NEVER use this company again.

Very easy to navigate the website, I browsed through several pages before making a decision. The ordering process was quick and easy to understand. And the shipment came quickly.

The product turned out great. Just watch out for hidden fees, for example to make sure it's made in the USA (which I'm willing to pay for) but it doesn't show up until the very end and for multi color designs. Something else they don't make clear until late in the process.
Also, if you need to communicate with the company - don't call. Use the chat feature. The people who answer the phones either can't, or won't help you. Just keep in mind that it may take a bit longer to get an answer through the chat and you will likely miss your target delivery date if any changes need to happen.
