Given an event deadline I knew that standard production and standard delivery wouldn't work so I looked at the rush options. I paid for rush production (+20%) and opted for standard shipping as that would still work for my time frame (the rush shipping was really too expensive to consider). Turns out that if you don't select rush shipping to go with rush production you dont get any rush service at all and it defaults to standard production and standard shipping... even though you paid +20% for the rush production time. When I contacted cust service there was nothing they were willing to do to help. I either had to "upgrade" my shipping to ensure my deadline was met or receive the order late. They wouldn't even refund my +20% for rush production even though I was paying an additional $166 for shipping. It turned into a hostage negotiation... either pay extra or get order late. ZERO flexibility when the website is clearly misleading in this area. Even as a repeat customer I was stonewalled. I was only asking for flexibility and fairness and got neither. I never leave bad reviews for products or services but this one was too egregious to ignore. Too bad because I like the product selection and ease of use on the website. As an event planner I had hoped to use this company more in the future but now have to look elsewhere.
