The napkins arrived on the day they were promised. Staff was courteous.
The concept is good if it worked. The design program to create wristbands is fine. Be aware that the prices stated are for having the product created in China. You must click a box to say you want the product produced in the U.S. and the prices will rise accordingly. Don't believe the ship dates or when you need in hand dates. If you use this site, just order months before the date you need something. Disappointing customer service.
