Designer tool was easy to use, but it did not give the correct options. Someone from customer service called and made me pay extra for options they said I owed. It was all a bit shady. But I got a good product so I'm happy.

Quick service, they got my order to me two days quicker than I expected. Great web interface for choosing and designing as well as ordering options.
Was not pleased with the color I received. I chose the color from the website, I did not send them a color code. I selected red and received a more orange-red koozie. I contacted customer service and received a generic response that they cannot guarantee a color match. But again, I wasn't trying to color match, I selected the color directly from the website.
Bight colors and fast service/shipping.
But some of the stitching is coming out on a couple of the lanyards after only a few weeks.
