I think the ordering was a little tricky just because I never received a confirmation email. I had to go back to the website and track down my order to see if it had been placed and shipped.
The print was crooked, but still acceptable. I do like that we somehow got our bands American made without an extra fee.
The system was easy to use, and the prices are very great.

This is my second time ordering with 24hourwristbands. Customer service is always great. They offer great products at reasonable prices.
The company waited a week to call me and let me know that my items would not arrive by the date I needed them. When they called, they told me that the items hadn't even been sent to production yet and had just been sitting in a queue all week. They then charged me almost $200 extra to rush my order. Very disappointed with my experience.

Arrived quickly and as ordered.
Ordered 100 swirled two-color silicone wristbands with debossed printing. Promotion included additional 100 at no extra charge. Image on company website clearly showed the two colors (red & black) throughout the entire wristband. Finished product received did not resemble the website image in any way. They appeared more striped than swirled. Contacted company to complain and requested either remaking the bands, making new bands of a different style, or a refund. Company denied all my claims. Filed BBB complaint and still received no resolution, only an offer of 10% discount on another order. Images shown below are the image from the company's website and the photos of actual product received.
Only suggestion I have is sending a receipt with the package.
