Products good, UPS was suppose to deliver between 1-5 PM, I waited, my event was from 6-8pm. I had to leave at 6 and when I got home at 830, they were in driveway. Delivered at 8pm. I had the lip balm 1 week before, the bags didnt show up until after the event. Quite frustrating. But I'll use them to give out to customers.
