I probably won't be ordering from 24wristband again. I ordered lanyards that promised a 48 hr production turnaround and received no notification when these would be shipped. I called when I grew concerned which is when they told me they wouldn't be able to meet our deadline. I received the lanyards 3 days after my requested deadline.
You offer a great product that is very cost effective and of good quality. I was surprised the last time how quickly our order was shipped. We had other options, but because of your great service, we will be repeat customers and recommend your business to others.

Your website is tough to navigate. Once things show up in the cart on the screen, you should have an option to click to confirm rather than having to go down to the bottom to submit. I did it multiple times before realizing how to purchase the items.

The process to get my order approved for production took over a week, which resulted in me having to pay for expedited shipping just to get it on time. I think the communication could have been more prompt to get the order going faster and they should make it clear on the ordering page that they need to approve your design. I also spoke to two different people on the phone that gave me different information regarding the shipping cost, the first one telling me it was cheaper than it ended up being so that was frustrating. Keep in mind they do not do refunds so make sure that your design fits the specifications and you order ahead of time if you want a product from them. In terms of the bags themselves, they came out nice but don't seem as sturdy as I imagined they would be. Overall, their communication could be more clear and they can work on timelier response rates, especially for people who express that they need it by a certain date to avoid having them pay more for each day that it takes to communicate with the company.
